Payment
All our prices are in British Pounds (GBP). We only accept electronic payment in full by credit/debit card. Payments are processed securely through PayPal. Due to the nature of the service, payments are non-refundable.

We shall not be deemed liable for any personal loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in the Website.

Property owners (sellers) can place information about their property on NoEstateAgentsPlease.co.uk for a fee.
If the seller sells their property then there is nothing payable to us resulting from the sale or purchase.
We
have no involvement in the process of the sale other than allowing the seller to list details about their property on our website.
Our business is providing advertising about property with no other estate agent function and are therefore not controlled by the Estate Agents Act 1979.
We may from to time to time change the content of this site or suspend or discontinue any aspect of this site, which may include your access to it. Subject to our notifying you to the contrary, any amendments or new content to this site will be subject to these Terms.
